| In view of the recent helicopter crash on the ocean near 9th Street, and other incidents occurring on the City’s beaches, please place a referral item to the Public Safety and Neighborhood Quality of Life Committee to discuss the City’s Ocean Rescue operations, including lifeguard training efforts and general water safety and life safety practices used to protect our visitors and residents on City’s beaches.
