SUBJECT:

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE CITY ADMINISTRATION TO PROVIDE A WEEKLY LETTER TO COMMISSION (“LTC”) AND POST ON THE CITY WEBSITE ANY INFORMATION AVAILABLE TO THE CITY RELATING TO ROAD CONSTRUCTION WORK TAKING PLACE THROUGHOUT THE CITY, INCLUDING WORK ON STATE-OWNED OR COUNTY-OWNED ROADS, OR WORK PERFORMED BY UTILITY COMPANIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INFORMATION RELATING TO ANY LANE CLOSURES OR OTHER MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS, AND THE LOCATIONS AND TIMES THEREOF, WITH THE WEEKLY LTC TO INCLUDE INFORMATION REGARDING EFFORTS MADE TO MITIGATE TRAFFIC CONGESTION CAUSED BY SUCH PROJECTS. 


RECOMMENDATION

Pursuant to the request of Commissioner Alex Fernandez the above-referenced Resolution is submitted for consideration by the Mayor and City Commission at the March 9, 2022 City Commission meeting.
