SUBJECT:	REFERRAL TO THE PUBLIC SAFETY AND NEIGHBORHOOD QUALITY OF LIFE COMMITTEE MEETING TO DISCUSS THE TRAFFIC INCIDENT(S) THAT HAVE OCCURRED AT THE INTERSECTION OF DADE AND PURDY.

RECOMMENDATION

The tragic incident that occurred at the intersection of Dade/Purdy should be addressed by the committee, the Miami Beach Police Department, and the Department of Transportation to see if any changes can be made to ensure that similar accidents do not occur in the future in this intersection and other specific areas deemed high risk.
