SUBJECT:	UPDATE ON WEST AVENUE PROJECT: 1) THE NUMBER OF SIGNED HARMONIZATION AGREEMENTS; 2) THE VISUALS OF THE OVERALL PROJECT AND PROTOTYPICAL HARMONIZATION; AND 3) THE MONTHLY BURN RATE.

BACKGROUND/HISTORY

At the request of Commissioner Samuelian at the February 9, 2022 Commission Meeting, City Clerk Granado is to place a Standing Item on the Commission agenda relating to the West Avenue Project.

Commissioner Samuelian requested three updates regularly: 1) The number of signed harmonization agreements; 2) The visuals of the overall project and prototypical harmonization, and 3) the monthly burn rate.

Clerk’s Note: The “monthly burn rate” is the money the City is spending each month on the project.
