| | The rotunda area between the Decoplage and the Ritz Carlton should be beautiful and a welcoming entrance to our beach. Instead, it is an eyesore. The conditions in this area are deplorable and filthy and invite crime and homeless activity. Residents from the Decoplage constantly complain about crime, drug use, drug sales, and criminal activity at all hours of the day. We must clean up this area and make it safe for residents and ourists alike. |
