SUBJECT:	DISCUSS AND POTENTIAL ACTION ON RECKLESS CYCLIST BEHAVIOR.

RECOMMENDATION

The City of Miami Beach has been at the forefront in creating a bicycle friendly environment for both our residents and visitors alike. Frequently there are obvious instance of reckless behavior by groups of cyclists. Ensuring the safety of our cyclists, drivers and pedestrians is of the upmost importance.

I request that the City Administration highlight ways to deter and address reckless behavior by groups of cyclists.
