| Please place on the December 8, 2021 City Commission meeting agenda a referral to the Land Use and Sustainability Committee regarding potential criteria to address noise associated with conditional use permit (“CUP”) applications.
Specifically, I would like the Committee to study the Planning Board’s existing criteria, obtain the Administration’s professional analysis, and discuss whether any Code amendments are necessary to mitigate the impacts of noise on surrounding properties. |
