An application has been filed requesting Design Review Approval for exterior modifications to a previously issued Design Review approval for a new two-story residence and the relocation of an architectural significant pre-1942 residence. Specifically, the applicant is requesting modifications to an elevator bulkhead including a variance to exceed the maximum height allowed for an elevator bulkhead.
