| Residents continue to voice concerns about excessive vehicular speeding on the 41st to 63rd Blocks of Alton Road and Collins Avenue. This item intends to discuss the City’s short-term and long-term plans to address the significant quality of life and safety impediment of unsafe road conditions for pedestrians and motorists. The discussion explores existing data to analyze mobility trends in accidents, violations, DUIs, and other moving infractions.
