An application has been filed requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new two-story residence that includes one or more waivers and variances from the required front yard setback, from the maximum lot coverage allowed, from the required setback for a driveway and from the setback required for mechanical equipment to replace an existing two-story residence.
