| | Please place on the consent agenda a referral to the Finance Committee to discuss the redevelopment of the surface parking lot at 1262 Collins Avenue for a mixed use development consisting of ground floor commercial, garage, and Class A office uses. The City should look for ways to diversify the types of uses in the entertainment district to create a more balanced neighborhood and this is a good opportunity to do so. |
