| I am asking the Finance and Economic Resiliency Committee to review Tyler Tech's performance as a software solution for a number of our city processes. It is projected that between 2016 to 2023 the City will have paid $11.7 million to Tyler Tech for software purchases, maintenance, and professional services expenses. It is our responsibility to ensure that this is the best product for the City and its customers. |
