| | Please place on the September 17th Commission agenda a discussion, and potential action, regarding the proposed Miami-Dade County law being discussed regarding road parking requirements. Please see the Miami Herald article attached. It appears that this law may preempt City of Miami Beach law with regard to reducing parking requirements and we should get ahead of and articulate a position on behalf of the city.
