SUBJECT:	DISCUSS WITH POTENTIAL ACTION THE OPTION OF OPENING INDIAN CREEK DRIVE SOUTH OF 41ST STREET TO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC.

ANALYSIS

The ongoing Indian Creek Drive construction project is causing severe congestion to nearby streets and impacting the quality of life of nearby residents. This item aims to explore methods to incrementally open sections of the project as they reach completion.

This issue has been raised by nearby key stakeholders and it would be beneficial for the City to explore all available avenues of approach.
