Many residents and neighborhood organizations, including the South of Fifth Neighborhood Association, have requested that the City Administration and City Attorney’s Office respond more fully to specific questions concerning three active permits for projects in the neighborhood, namely 310 Meridian Avenue, 226 Jefferson Avenue and 333 Jefferson Avenue. The SOFNA Resolution, incorporating the questions for each property, is attached hereto.

Information is key for residents and the City Commission to understand the issues and ensure compliance with all relevant Code requirements. In the interest of transparency, I request that the City provide its complete response and legal opinion to these questions as soon as possible or as directed by the City Commission.
