SUBJECT:	REFERRAL TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND QUALITY OF LIFE COMMITTEE TO DISCUSS THE EXCESSIVE SPEEDING OF WATERBORNE VESSELS ALONG THE BISCAYNE POINTE AND NORMANDY WATERWAYS.

ANALYSIS

Residents in the Biscayne Pointe, Stillwater, and surrounding neighborhoods continue to complain about excessive speeding by waterborne vessels. This item aims to discuss methods to continue strengthening ongoing efforts to mitigate such activities, including enforcement measures and placement of signage.
