SUBJECT:	REFERRAL TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND QUALITY OF LIFE COMMITTEE TO DISCUSS THE ENFORCEMENT/RESTRICTIONS ON PROFANE/OBSCENE MUSIC IN PUBLIC SPACES.

ANALYSIS

Miami Beach residents raise significant concern of explicit, vulgar music being transmitted from portable speakers and vehicles in public spaces, particularly in the South Beach area. This item intends to explore all options to enforce or enact legislative measures to restrict and enforce this intrusion to quality of life and rebranding efforts.
