| | Over the years, many residents have complained about the challenges faced while trying to obtain a permit to build in the city. In order to try to improve customer service in this regard, I am asking the Finance and Economic Resiliency Committee to consider creating an ombudsman position that will serve as a liaison with the community to assist in the permitting of single family home projects. |
