| | Please place on the April 21 Commission meeting agenda a discussion with potential to take action item regarding the WPL Beach Polo 20121 event and request. The World Polo League ‘Beach Polo’, Miami Beach is a four day world class event held on the sands of Miami Beach between 21st and 22nd Street. During the multi-day tournament, eight international teams compete for the coveted trophy. Our office received the following request letter attached. This is a regular event that the City of Miami Beach has previously sponsored in the past and, as such, I am placing this item on the Commission agenda for consideration.
