| Please add to the April 21, 2021 City Commission agenda, a referral to the Neighborhood and Quality of Life Committee to discuss the attached LTC motion made by the Committee for Quality Education to reinstate the substitute teacher incentive program. As we recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, we want to ensure we keep an excellent level of substitute teachers in our schools. |
