SUBJECT:	REFERRAL TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND QUALITY OF LIFE COMMITTEE TO DISCUSS STREET LIGHTING IN THE LAKEVIEW NEIGHBORHOOD.

ANALYSIS

Residents residing in the Lakeview neighborhood expressed concern about insufficient lighting within the area. Street lighting, specifically in residential areas, improves public safety, deters crime, and improves traffic and pedestrian safety.
