DISCUSSION REGARDING MIAMI BEACH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. 3. DISCUSSION REGARDING NORMANDY SHORES GATE DISTRICT. 4. DISCUSSION REGARDING PEDESTRIAN SAFETY ON THE BEACHWALK. 5 DISCUSSION REGARDING AMENDING THE SPECIAL MASTER ADMINISTRATIVE RULES AND PROCEDURES TO ENSURE THAT CERTAIN CODE VIOLATIONS SUCH AS LIFE SAFETY OR HABITUAL PROPERTY VIOLATIONS ARE PRIORITIZED ON THE SPECIAL MASTER CALENDAR AND ARE SET FOR HEARING ON A PRIORITY BASIS WITHOUT UNDUE DELAY. 6. DISCUSS AREAS TO IMPROVE LIGHTING IN SOUTH BEACH'S RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL AREAS AS WELL AS SOUTH POINTE PARK AND LUMMUS PARK. 7. DISCUSSION REGARDING 2021/2022 HOLIDAY LIGHTING. 8. DISCUSS OPTIONS TO BRING FIBER OPTIC INTERNET CONNECTIVITY TO MIAMI BEACH. 9. DISCUSSION REGARDING THE GARAGE ADVERTISING AGREEMENT. 10. DISCUSSION REGARDING THE STRATEGIC MARKETING PLAN FOR 2021 AND THE NEW NORMAL. 11. DISCUSSION REGARDING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE FINANCE AND ECONOMIC RESILIENCY COMMITTEE, AT ITS FEBRUARY 28, 2020 MEETING, AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND QUALITY OF LIFE COMMITTEE, AT ITS SEPTEMBER 23, 2020 MEETING (IN PART), AND APPROVING THE REVISIONS TO THE SPECIAL EVENTS GUIDELINES RELATING TO CITY SPONSORSHIPS; SAID GUIDELINES CREATING AN EVALUATION PROCESS TO ANALYZE AND PROCESS SPONSORSHIP REQUESTS BASED UPON WEIGHTED CRITERIA, AND ESTABLISHING AN ANNUAL TOTAL SPONSORSHIP BUDGET NOT TO EXCEED $1,500,000. 12. DISCUSSION REGARDING POSSIBLE WAYS TO IMPROVE THE HOMELESS ISSUE IN MIAMI BEACH. 13. DISCUSSION REGARDING CO-NAMING OF 18TH STREET IN HONOR OF THE LATE HARVEY MILK. 14. DISCUSSION REGARDING LIGHTING IN LUMMUS PARK AND MARINE TURTLE PROTECTION. 15. DISCUSSION REGARDING METHODS TO REDUCE EXCESSIVE VEHICULAR SPEEDING IN MIAMI BEACH. 16. DISCUSSION REGARDING THE NORTH BEACH REGIONAL PARKING PLAN RECOMMENDATIONS. 18. DISCUSSION REGARDING THE JACK STEWART MURAL PRESENTLY AT THE VERSAILLES AND ITS POSSIBLE RESTORATION AND INSTALLATION ON THE 17TH STREET GARAGE OR SOME OTHER CITY PROPERTY. 19. QUARTERLY BUILDING DEPARTMENT UPDATE. 20. DISCUSSION REGARDING NOISE CONCERNS IN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH. 21. DISCUSSION REGARDING CREATING A BEACH WALK ART EXHIBIT. 22. DISCUSSION REGARDING THE HISPANIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE MOTION ASKING THAT THE MAYOR AND COMMISSION REQUIRE THAT CITY STAFF AND BOARD MEMBERS RECEIVE ETHICS TRAINING FROM THE MIAMI-DADE COUNTY COMMISSION ON ETHICS AND PUBLIC TRUST. 23. DISCUSSION REGARDING THE CURRENT STATUS OF THE TOPS PROGRAM: OFF DUTY POLICE. 24. DISCUSSION REGARDING THE REVIEW AND ANALYSIS OF EXTRANEOUS AND POTENTIALLY OUTDATED LEGISLATION IN MIAMI BEACH. |
