| | Please place on the March 17 Commission agenda a discussion regarding the nomination of the Palace as a legacy business. Palace recently celebrated its 33rd year on Ocean Drive and is widely seen as one of the legacy businesses in Miami Beach. I would like to direct the administration to evaluate the proposed business in relation to the minimum criteria in Chapter 18.
