| The Administration recommends approving a referral to the Finance & Economic Resiliency Committee to review and discuss the revised G.O. Bond Implementation Plan. |

| | | | | | | | ANALYSIS
| The Administration has developed a revised G.O. Bond Implementation Plan that takes advantage of lower than originally anticipated costs of borrowing to move up projects and reduce the number of tranches. The G.O. Bond Oversight Committee and Parks Advisory Board have both unanimously approved the revised plan at their meetings in February. |
