Please place on the agenda a request for the administration and SFM to provide a briefing on the steps SFM has taken to ensure the safety and well being of SFM employees. Please include a discussion on whether SFM has had any OSHA reviews, findings, or violations, at any location where it may be working, and the status of those matters. If applicable, please provide a copy of any reports, memos, or other correspondence with OSHA on any reviews, findings, or violations. Please advise if the administration is satisfied that all SFM employees are provided the necessary PPE to safely do their work in the City of Miami Beach.
