IN RE:
An application has been filed requesting modifications to a previously approved Design Review Approval for the construction of a new rooftop outdoor movie theatre and bar addition and other exterior design modifications to an existing parking garage level of a previously approved five story building. This application is subject to the approval of a conditional use permit pending before the Planning Board.
