| On September 22, 2020, the Committee for Quality and Education made a motion (LTC# 335-2020) requesting the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to enact its annual safe driving campaign, which was canceled this year due to the closure of public schools in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
