Although there are common interests Citywide, there are distinct differences between each respective neighborhood in South Beach, Mid-Beach, and North Beach. These semi-annual meetings would allow for discussion between City Executive Staff, Homeowner Associations (HOA), Neighborhood Associations (NA), Business Improvement Districts, and Blue-Ribbon Committees, residents and stakeholders in a single forum. Semi-annual neighborhood public town halls would allow the City to receive feedback from stakeholders and also provide a clear image of how all projects and ongoing concerns come together.
This proposal is cost-efficient as the City already has staff assigned as neighborhood coordinators to South Beach, Mid-Beach, and North Beach.
