| | Please place on the October 14 Commission meeting, a discussion regarding the Human Rights Committee October 5 motion recommending to the Mayor and City Commission that the recurring expenditure enhancement of $21,000 for "Domestic Violence Emergency Shelter,'' refined during the September 15, 2019 Commission meeting, be broadened to Include any direct services, not just shelter or housing, for any victim of a crime.
