An application has been filed requesting Design Review approval for exterior modifications to a previously approved Design Review Approval for the construction of a new five-story mixed use building including a variance. Specifically, the applicant is requesting a modification to the previously approved building height, including a variance to exceed the maximum allowable building height for a new five-story building. The item will also require a modification to a previously approved Conditional Use application to be reviewed and approved by the Planning Board. This item was originally approved in 2018, pursuant to DRB File No. 17-0198.
