Numerous stakeholders surrounding the Lincoln Road entrance to the beach have expressed concerns regarding the area’s deteriorated condition. What should be one of the premiere entrances to our beach has become unsightly and uninviting. In response to these concerns, this item aims to discuss possible ways that the City may work with the surrounding stakeholders in a coordinated effort to improve the Lincoln Road entrance to the beach, its cleanliness, and its safety. This referral to the Neighborhood and Quality of Life Committee may consider proposals recommended by the Police/Citizens Relations Committee at its September 15, 2020 meeting.
