| | Please place on the September 16 Commission agenda, a referral to the Neighborhood and Quality of Life Committee to discuss establishing an Art Deco Market in Lummus Park. This market would not only help improve the arts & culture offerings of the area and provide revenue to artists who are currently suffering from the ongoing closures. I would like to discuss what our options are to ensure the establishment of this market and if an Request for Proposal (RFP) is required.
