THE CITY’S RESPONSE, IF ANY, TO THE DECISION BY THE MIAMI-DADE COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS TO START THE YEAR WITH THE ON-LINE TEACHING ONLY; AND 3. AUTHORITY TO EXECUTE INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT WITH MIAMI-DADE COUNTY FOR CARES ACT DISTRIBUTION.
