SUBJECT:	REFERRAL TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND QUALITY OF LIFE COMMITTEE TO DISCUSS AND IMPLEMENT A POLICY REQUIRING PROMPT NOTIFICATION TO HOMEOWNER AND NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATIONS ON UPCOMING PROJECTS AND MEANINGFUL CHANGES TO PROJECTS WITHIN THEIR RESPECTIVE NEIGHBORHOODS.

ANALYSIS

Some residents have raised concerns that they are learning about new projects and significant changes to projects without ample time to analyze and provide feedback before the plan is sent to the Commission for approval. The purpose of this discussion is to explore more effective ways to communicate with neighborhood residents.
