ALCOHOL LICENSE AND SELLING OR SERVING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE(S) LATER THAN 12 A.M., TO RETAIN THE SERVICES OF AN OFF-DUTY POLICE OFFICER, FROM 12 A.M.
