IN RE: An application has been filed requesting conditional use approval for the construction of a new 5-story accessory commercial structure to The Fontainebleau Hotel located at 4441 Collins Avenue, including the approval of a Neighborhood Impact Establishment with mechanical parking, pursuant to Chapter 118, Article IV, Chapter 142 Article V, Division 6, and Chapter 130, Article II of the City Code.
