IN RE: An application has been filed requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new multi-story mixed-use residential and retail development to replace three one- and two-story buildings, including one or more waivers and variances to not provide the required habitable space along all frontages, to locate utility infrastructure on a “Class A” frontage, to not provide a shade structure along a required frontage and to not conceal parking and loading with habitable space.
