Please place on the May 22nd Commission agenda, a discussion regarding employee guidelines upon the re-opening of City Hall. The discussion item may contain an action item to direct city administration to implement a plan and guidelines for employee safety when City Hall reopens. These guidelines should strongly support actions and behavior prioritizing safety and health of our city employees and residents. Please find attached sample guidelines from Columbus City, Indiana as an example.
Additionally, there should be a city plan in place when an employee tests positive for COVID-19 and what the protocol will be.
