| | On July 17, 2019, at the request of Commissioner Ricky Arriola, the City Commission referred the discussion item to the Land Use and Development Committee (item C4R). On May 26, 2020 The item was deferred to the June 30, 2020 LUSC meeting. |

| The subject discussion item was referred on behalf of a property owner on Tatum Waterway. The owner, Y-tech, seeks to discuss a proposal to establish a TDR district along Tatum Waterway.
