| The Administration recommends that the City Commission refer the item to the May 6, 2020 Land Use and Sustainability Committee and the Planning Board. |

| | | | | | | | BACKGROUND/HISTORY
| On March 8, 2020 the City Commission referred a proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment for the Public Facility (PF) Future Land Use Element to the Land Use and Sustainability Committee and the Planning Board. This item is currently pending before both boards.

| The subject referral is a companion to the March 8, 2020 referral noted above, and pertains to amendments to the Land Development Regulations to accommodate a potential public-private development at 300 Alton Road. |
