| | Aman, a world renowned hospitality firm, is planning to restore the historic Versailles to its original luster and build a new residential condo tower within the Faena District Overlay. I ask that the Land Use and Sustainability Committee and the Planning Board discuss the attached ordinance amendment to make this project possible. |
