Please place on the March 18 Commission meeting agenda, a discussion regarding business improvement districts and the benefits the City has seen from them as seem to be moving forward now in multiple areas with the Business Improvement District concept. Please provide analysis on what future benefits the City of Miami Beach anticipates receiving from the BIDs and how we monitor the success.
