| | In order to incentivize mixed-use development along the 41st Street commercial corridor, I ask the Land Use and Sustainability Committee to discuss rezoning the CD-1 area between 40th Street and 41st Street to CD-3. This rezoning, made possible by a referendum, would incentivize private development as well as public-private partnerships since the City of Miami Beach owns some GU lots south of 41st Street. This item should also be sent to the Mayor's 41st Street Committee for discussion. |
