SUBJECT:	REFERRAL TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND QUALITY OF LIFE COMMITTEE TO DISCUSS POSSIBLE WAYS TO IMPROVE THE HOMELESS ISSUE IN MIAMI BEACH.

ANALYSIS

Citywide homelessness continues to be a high priority to Miami Beach residents and business owners, who have voiced their concerns in-person and through various communication channels. Developing a robust program would be mutually beneficial to both the homeless person and the City as a whole. The purpose of this item is to review existing plans and make recommendations as needed.
