| Please place on the February 12 Commission agenda, a referral to the Neighborhood and Quality of Life Committee regarding improving the BTR process. As of October 2019, administration is finalizing the bifurcation of the Certificate of Use (CU) and Business Tax Receipt (BTR). This bifurcation will allow for the review of a business' "use" that is separate from the collection of their BTR fees. I would like to know the status of this. Please feel free to contact Diana Fontani should you need any additional information. |
