I ask the Land Use and Sustainability Committee to consider allowing hotel uses in the RM-1 zoning district for properties fronting Lincoln Road, from Drexel Avenue to Lennox Avenue, provided that primary access to the property is achieved from the north side of the property.

The Lincoln Center property owner is requesting this amendment so that a boutique hotel can be permitted on a currently empty private surface lot.
