| | The Carl Fisher Clubhouse renovation is nearing completion. However, the space does not yet have a prospective tenant or use. I ask that the Commission direct the City administration to issue a competitive public procurement inviting the world's best restaurateurs to develop a unique concept for Miami Beach's oldest public building that will serve both our residents and visitors all year-round. |
