An application has been filed requesting a modification to a previously approved variance that reduced the required 300-foot distance separation between dancehall/entertainment establishments licensed to sell alcoholic beverages, and not also operating as a restaurant. Specifically, the applicant is requesting changes to the conditions of approval, including a change of owner/operator.
