Please place on the December 11th Commission meeting, a discussion regarding a perceived “Pause” in the City of Miami Beach resiliency efforts.   I would like for the City Manager to address this issue as some people in the community, including an outgoing Asst. City Manager, have referred to a “pause” yet in all my discussions and emails with the City Manager I have been advised that there is no “pause” and nothing further for the Commission to do in this regard.  I would like to clarify this issue and discuss this perceived perception and best plans for moving Miami Beach forward in all resiliency efforts.
