An application has been filed requesting modifications to a previously approved Design Review Approval for a one-story accessory structure in the rear yard, including a variance to reduce the distance separation between accessory structure and the main residence, to reduce the required rear yard open space, and to exceed the maximum area for the second floor of an accessory building.
